OUR PHILOSOPHY

We believe:

That the student on completion of the GNM course will be equipped with the required knowledge, attitude and skill to meet the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients in the hospital as well as individuals , families and community for preventive and promotive care.
That the basic educational programme will prepare the students to develop a balanced personality to function effectively in the community.
That inculcating a sound value system and instilling a sense of dedication is essential to prepare a dedicated team of nurses

OUR OBJECTIVES

To develop skilled and effectively female health workers to identify and provide health to the community.
To guide the students in developing a mature, well balanced personality encompassing physical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects.
To lay a strong foundation for higher and specialised education in the field of nursing.
To develop leadership qualities, to function at community/village level effectively and be a link between the community and health care system.
